Do I need a degree to apply?

No. Just click the "ELEVATE WITH US" tab, upload your information, and our Human Resource Department will contact you shortly. You must be at 18 years old. Having earned a degree in Higher Education in majors such as: Business, Accounting, Teaching, or Marketing is a plus, but not required. Bi-lingual applicants are currently being interviewed first to meet the demand.

Are there any COVID-19 precautions to take prior to my appointment date?

We're doing everything in our powers to ensure the safety of employees and clients. If you have tested positive, please reach out to our team as soon as possible about alternative communications options.

Clients and Applicants should be prepared to follow all posted signs inside the facility as it pertains to: seating, wearing a mask, maintaining a safe distance from all individuals, and/or being open to other forms of communications (phone/video conferencing, emailing, etc.), when necessary, to ensure everyone's safety.

Are agents available after hours?

We understand some clients will require additional assistance (for numerous circumstances). However, due to Covid-19, this is a case by case scenario. An agent will discuss any additional fees you may incur for these services at the time of your quick quote discussion. Most insurance packages include 24/7 assistance.
